What are the ingredients of M/C products?
Features such as the active ingredients, the texture, the expected benefit, the method of use are described in detail in the product pages.
Can I continue my skin care during pregnancy?
The use of M/C products is not contraindicated during pregnancy. Ask your doctor if you are not sure.
What is the shelf life?
All M/C products will keep for up to 12 months after opening.

Are M/C products suitable for all skin types?
M/C care contains on average 90% natural ingredients. Our compositions are safe and developed to respect all types of skin. If your skin is very sensitive or prone to allergies, we recommend testing the product on a small area of the neck to make sure there is no reaction.
Are M/C products tested on animals?
We do not do any testing on animals.
Can I recycle the packaging of my M/C products?
You will find below the recyclable packaging:
• Plastic bottles and their corks,
• Plastic tubes
• cardboard cases.
What if I have an allergic reaction?
All M/C products are dermatologically tested and meet the most stringent quality standards and standards of cosmetics.
If you experience a continuous discomfort or an allergic reaction after using a product, we recommend that you follow the directions below:
- Rinse your skin with cold water as soon as possible to eliminate potential product residue on your skin.
- Stop using the product but keep it. The product can in some cases undergo a technical inspection.
- contact M/C customer service so we can take care of you and tell you how to proceed.

How do I create my account on the M/C website?
TO create your M/C account, click on the My Account icon at the top right of the screen, then fill in the online form follow the instructions.
Do I have to create an account so that I can make orders?
You have to create an account so that you can make orders and have access to all M/C services.
How can I change my personal data?
To change your personal data, log in, then go to the « My personal data » section by clicking on the top left of the screen.
How can I change my subscriptions and contact methods?
To change your subscriptions and contact methods, log-in to your account than go to the « My personal data » section by clicking on the top left of the screen.
I can not connect to my account, what can I do?
If you can not log in to your customer account, maybe you forgot your password? In that case, click here to change it.

How to place an order?
To place an order, first select the M/C products you wish to order by adding them to your cart using the button « Add to cart ». Once your selection is complete, click on the « Cart » icon, select your delivery option and confirm your order by filling in your billing and delivery information before making the payment.
How to use a promo code?
If you have a promotional code, you must enter it in the field “PROMO CODE” provided for this purpose in the shopping cart before confirming your order.
How to change or cancel an order?
If you made a mistake while ordering, we offer you the possibility to cancel or modify it by contacting our Customer Service within 2 hours of validation.
How do I get my invoice?
Once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your invoice. You can also find the invoice of your order on your M/C account, in the Orders section.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can view and track the status of your order as soon as it is posted to your M/C account in the Orders section.
After sending, you can track the delivery of your package via the link contained in the shipping notification email.
Which means of payment are accepted?
We accept the following cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express Diners, Discovery and JCB.

With our payment solution provider Stripe, we offer the option to save your credit cards for future payments. When the “Save payment information to my account for future purchases” checkbox is selected, your credit card information is saved securely at Stripe. You can save several credit cards and manage them (add, delete, set default) in the following section “My payment cards”.

Is online payment secure?
To offer maximum flexibility, we offer several online payment options provided by our leading partners in the field of online payments, implementing proven technologies for your and our security.
Stripe – a worldwide deployed payment service solution providing highest standards in payment security including advanced fraud checking processes. In some occasions, you may be redirected to a 3D secure card check, allowing a double validation of your identity during the transaction.
Stripe offers the option to save your credit cards for future payments. When the “Save payment information to my account for future purchases” checkbox is selected, your credit card information is saved securely at Stripe. You can save several credit cards and manage them (add, delete, set default) in the following section : “My Payment Cards”
The credit card information is not stored at all on our server.
You can make your payments directly through your PayPal or Alipay account on your smartphone, tablet and computer.
What delivery methods and options are available?
We offer the following delivery modes and options: So Colissimo and UPS.
What are the costs and delivery times of my order?
Shipping costs are free from 60€ purchase if you choose Colissimo delivery home. UPS delivery rates are calculated based on the weight of your package and are shown on the shopping cart page before order confirmation.
Can I have deliveries made abroad?
It is currently not possible to get delivery abroad. For the moment we are only shipping in France but we are doing everything possible to offer you the expedition abroad very soon.
How to track the delivery of my order?
When you confirm your order on the M / C website, you will receive an order confirmation email containing: your order number, the summary of the products purchased as well as the shipping and billing information about you.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive by email a shipping notification containing your tracking number and a link that allows you to track the delivery of your package in real time.
What to do if I have a problem with the delivery of my package (return shipper, lost package…)?
If you encounter a problem of delivery of your parcel, contact our Customer Service by indicating your order number.
I received damaged products, what to do?
Some products may be damaged during delivery. If this is the case, contact our Customer Service by indicating your order number. Please contact us with one or more photos of the products concerned so that we can see the problem and send you the products if necessary.
The contents of the package that I received is different from my order, what to do?
If the contents of your package do not match the products you ordered or if one of the products is missing, we invite you to contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. Please attach one or more photos of the contents of your package so that we can see the problem and provide you with appropriate assistance.
Return & Refund
How do I return an item?
If you change your mind or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more products together with the invoice of your order and the return form below. NWe will fully refund the treatment(s) purchased that have been returned to us provided that the products have not been opened, the protective film and cellophane packaging have not been removed or damaged, and the products have not been used. We recommend using a sturdy packaging to prevent damage to the product during transport (ideally use the original package).
You must notify us of your decision to return a product by email or by mail within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.
Is it possible to exchange a product?
The exchange of M / C products is not possible. You will need to make a new order.
What are the repayment terms?
We will refund by bank transfer to the account used when ordering, the price of the returned products, if already paid, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date M/C Customer Service received the returned products. Any return postage will be paid by INTUISKIN only if the product reimbursement is granted (see question « How do I return an item? ». Otherwise, any return postage will be at your expense. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account used during the order.
We do not accept returns, and will not issue a refund on products ordered from other e-commerce sites or in perfumeries.
